* Her latest book ' Yoga for healthy life' was published in 2016 and was released by Honorable Minister of Ayush Shri Shripad Naik ji.

Yoga for Healthy life is Acharya Pratishtha ji's 5th Book.


This book will guide you to bring peace in your life by practicing it. According to her, Yoga does not only help you to make yourself healthy but it will also help you to bring positive change in your life and it is her belief  that every problem can be solved through it. 

The book contains different yog mudras, supported by pictures which will help you to understand better.
